The following is the Conditions of Use of the Electronic Entry System for the 2008 Werribee Pony Club Inc. (ARN A0004343S) Horse Trials (Subject to change with or without notice), and should be read in conjunction with the Conditions of entry.
1. Entries are taken on a first in basis as determined by the time stamp created by our entry software when you press the submit button.
2. Werribee Pony Club Inc. can not be held responsible or liable for any problems that may be associated with the delivery of emails to your computer. You are totally at the mercy of the irregularities & problems that may occur on the internet from when the message leaves our servers until it is received by your computer. All emails leave our mail server as a block and the maximum time taken over the past few years for our broadcasts to leave our server has been 2 minutes from first to last (This maximum is a guide & cannot be guaranteed). The amount of time it takes to be received at your computer is not our responsibility. 3. Werribee Pony Club Inc. can not be held responsible or liable for any problems that may occur with our web site, associated software or our Web, Email & MySql servers. All are hosted by an off-shore 3rd party provider and we have no control over their operation. If any of our servers or processes fail part way through the entry process we at Werribee Pony Club Inc. could at our sole discretion declare all entries received null & void, with the entry process to be re-run at a later time or date. 4. A successful entry via our web site does not guarantee you a place in our event, you will be notified in due course as to whether you have gained a place or are on a waiting list. 5. By submitting an entry you agree to & understand the Conditions of Use of the Electronic Entry System above & you understand the instructions below. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY OR YOUR ENTRY MAY FAIL 1. All Fields for each Rider entered must be completed in full or your entry will not be accepted 2. All Riders entered must have a qualified horse nominated or your entry will not be accepted. If you are unsure of which horse you will be riding you must still list a name. The horse's name may be changed before the closing date. Please make sure that you are in the same grade on both horses. You will not be able to change grades. 3. Ensure all Riders are entered in their correct grade as they will not be able to change their entry 4. All Entries must have a valid email address. Any invalid addresses will not receive their confirmations ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR FORM YOU THEN CLICK "SUBMIT". If there are any missed or incorrectly filled in required fields the software will force you to correct the error. IF ENTRY IS SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO A THANK-YOU PAGE.
